I found this recipe in Cooking Light Magazine and tried it out last Sunday morning. It was pretty yummy!
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup eggs (3-4)
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar, divided
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup thinly sliced Granny Smith apple
1 Tbsp. powdered sugar (for top when finished)
1. To prepare batter, combine flour, baking powder, 1 Tbsp. sugar, salt, and nutmeg into medium bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add egg. Let stand 30 minutes.
2. Preheat oven 425 degrees
3. Coat sides of 10-inch oven proof skillet with cooking spray. Combine 1/4 cup sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg; sprinkle evenly over bottom and sides of pan. Arrange apple in an even spoke like layer in pan. Sprinkle apple with remaining 1/4 cup sugar. Cook over medium heat 8 minutes or until mixture bubbles. Slowly pour batter over apple mixture.
4. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 375 (do not remove pancake from oven); bake an additional 13 minutes or until center is set. Carefully loosen pancake with a spatula and slide onto a serving platter. Sift powdered sugar over top. Cut into 6 wedges; serve immediately.

Sorry, but it should be assumed that if you think your game is worthy of retail success then you should be willing to invest the money to make it good. $100 is not a lot of money when you compare it to the alttanreives.Get over yourself.
Hi I love your blog and have tried a few of your treadmill workouts. I know you always rave about yoga and I know there are so many benefits for those who practice regularly. I have a few at home yoga DVD’s but always feel discouraged as I am the most INFLEXIBLE person ever and don’t feel I am doing a good job. Are there any suggestions you could give or encouragement I suppose? I know this would be good for me, but I always choose running or weights and don’t make the time for yoga.Thanks and xoxoTori
I always wanted to make puff pastry from scratch… there must be something liberating about waking the butter into the dough and then treating it like a baby.And I have to agree as well with Croissants…
